We built a secure vector database for HR documents and employee data summaries, using custom embeddings to power context retrieval and search relevance. -
OpenAI + RAG Framework
The backend uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to combine live database lookups with fine-tuned GPT responses. This ensures every response is both accurate and conversational. -
Data Protection & Privacy
All employee data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implemented audit trails, redaction layers, and enterprise-grade RBAC.
Sensitive data—like salaries, performance notes, or compensation changes—are never exposed to unauthorized roles, and all AI interactions are processed in compliance with GDPR and SOC2 principles.
